As an Executive Search & Selection & Business/HR consultancy, we collect personal details including but not limited to your name and contact details (personal and business; telephone, email, skype and LinkedIn addresses) plus other relevant information from your CV e.g. education & qualifications, career history including roles and responsibilities, salary packages, notice periods, reasons for staying/leaving, references etc. By submitting your information to Evans Taylor, you indicate your willingness to be considered for one of Evans Taylor’s confidential executive searches. We may also request your bank details if applicable for reimbursement of expenses. We may make notes from face to face/telephone conversations, interviews and meetings We may also collect assessment data and psychometric data if appropriate.

How do we collect your personal data?

The above information that we may hold on you, in full or in part is collected via one of two methods; either;

  1. Given freely by yourself when applying for (through our website, online or job boards/ advertisements or directly) or expressing an interest in a position that Evans Taylor is recruiting for, or speculatively submitting your information to us for consideration for any future opportunities and information collected at interview stage with the managing consultant.
  2. Collected by our Research or Consultancy teams as part of our normal research activities solely in conjunction with determining your interest in relation to a specific assignment.

To assess your suitability for a career opportunity. The above information is primarily used to produce a shortlist of CV’s and accompanying reports for clients on a specific assignment.

Your data will be shared with the client(s) we are working with and which you will already be aware.

Third party psychometric testing providers with your consent.

Within our Coaching and Development Services, certain data may be shared with your employer e.g. an internal promotion or developing your role.

From time to time, we use Associates to deliver services for us and therefore we may release your data to these parties in order to deliver the project we have been instructed upon. In all cases, the information will be treated in the strictest of confidence and in line with GDPR.

What do we do with your information?

Only at the relevant point in an assignment do we process your personal and employment information with a prospective client in order to discuss your suitability for employment within their organisation.

Personal email address may also be used to send links for psychometric testing, employment contract, arranging meetings or booking travel up until an appointment has been made.

How long do we keep hold of your information?

We keep your data for as long as is necessary to provide you with our services.
